chevy did NOT make a 62 IMPALA or BISCAYNE with a bubbletop, belair only, I know because i have a '62 belair bubbletop, the top was however derived from the '61 IMPALA. 62 was the last year of the 2 door hard top belairs! and if you think that the color is ugly then you must like boys.

It is not an Impala but a Bel-Air. The Impala never had the bubble top, it had the roof with creases, like a convertible. And it had three taillights on each side, not two. Nevertheless, you have a nice car.

@74aspi Impala did come with a bubble top. And if you pay closer attention, he did away with the middle reverse light on both sides. All 4 of the lights on the bumper are tail & brake lights. The Bel-Air also has 4, but 2 are tail/brake lights and the other 2 are reverse lights. He just customized it.

Its a beautiful car but not my style. One correction is that its not an Impala. Impalas didn't have a bubble top in 62. Only 61's. Now they did have a 62 bel air bubble top in 62 which I'm assuming this is. Unless the builder took an Impala and added the bubble top and shaved a tail light on each side.
