Yet it is claimed vast morphological changes have occurred during this period, the supposed emergence of man from ape like entities and prior things.
Yet after hundreds of millions of years no change..

Billions of random mutations should have taken their toll in some way upon these organisms to alter them markedly over such a claimed massive period of time.

You need to explain why and how the fossils exist and also really disprove the physics of the dating methods that are used to measure age.
After all the earth is only about 10000 or so years old?

Dating methods rely on large assumptions. They are self fulfilling biased calculations. Vast varying results and newly formed rock has been dated to millions of year ago.
