This is a great rendition of the Buckley version, but there is one thing you might want to correct: neither he nor John Cale wrote additional verses, they are all Leonard Cohen's. He wrote a completely different set of lyrics for live performances of the song, the Cale cover (which Buckley covered) is a mix of the two.
I've always heard mixed information about the song so after looking into it myself, I have to say that you are absolutely right. I knew the studio version of the song from '84 but had never heard the '88 Live recording which is probably why I thought John Cale wrote the other verses!
