I love this video. I adore ravens. I have always felt a special connection to these wise, teaching, mystical birds. My favorite Native American legend about him is the story of how Raven brought light to the world. We all have Raven inside us, each of our spirits has a unique bit of light to share with the world, and each ray of light is precious because everyone is an individual—no two beams of light are the same.

Why can't this be put to Folk Metal!! The Swedes do it! The Finns do it! The Norwegians and Estonians do it! so do the Hungarians! I've been trying to explain this to John Trudell and other prominant Native folks! That Folk Metal is a way to preserve the ancient stories. Good story! Great Scenery! Glorious Guitar work and vocals! It's just a thought.
Metal and Native American don't mix-truly they can't mix well. Heck, the closest derivative you can put it with is country, but even that's a far cry from the tune. I've listened to many folk and cultural sounds, and Native American has a quality that doesn't mix with others.
It can work! Take the story of the Plains Cree "Almighty Voice",The movie exist! take some scenes and just add Metal by Native Band:Native Tongue!! And ya got folk metal! It doesnt have to be sung in Cree for the european market' but a cree version can be made for just the Crees to hear.
Oh, I am from Europe and I myself ( and many other people here, as well), would be delighted, if there were a native American Metal band singing in Native language. I have searched such a band for years. I suppose we would be more enthusiastic about it than white Americans.
Its so true about our great life on this earth, then men came and touch the wrong button and now we live in hell, because of the love we all had went far away and its all money Money Money.

At least Buffie's song 'Starwalker' proves that a mixture with rock rhythms works.
