Well they did it...they made akuma and ryu look like they have down-syndrome. many of todays developers and designers just dont know whats COOL. look at the faboulous 2D Art in the vs. screen....and look at that 3D crap-faces. God...it`s a shame.

I think the purpose of this video was to show the viewers the moves in the game and not skill. That's why they're not playing very good.

wrong. the purpose is to help ppl decide to buy it or not. Moves are simple and listed.

It serves a good example of displaying the moves in the game without making them too ambiguous by including them with combos so they can show the moves, and eventually show the viewer if he/she wants to buy the game or not.

The raging demon looks cooler if you know how to buffer it.

You can teleport a few times to confuse your enemy and before you reach your destination start the ultra u can really mess him up like that.
