BDO customer service is very poor. My girlfriend and I have been trying to set up an account for weeks. One problem after another after another. We are 2 weeks in and am still trying to attach her debit card to her savings account. My gf traveled for an hour to go to the bank to have all this done for her her. She was told it would be ok if she did online. Well, I have news for you BDO, Your service stinks. We will close her account tomorrow and try another bank. BDO are primitive
