I heard it back again yesterday night while driving back from miami in the xm Studio 54 station . Can't really describe the feeling , i just pull over on the hwy ,get out of the car & I started 2 dance!! Like now!!! Thanks.

  • @Superhipermegaplay I knooooow the feeling! It made your heart swell and goose pimples fill your body. All the wonderful memories came rushing back!!!!

  • This song sums up why i love Debbie Harry!

mr 'Jellybean' has built a great track that REALLY shows off Debs vocals

and Sssssounds 'fun' (wot a dirty word 2 some ! )

    oh ye!

and doesnt it sound like Animotion - Obsession at the start

    and ends

    'kinda' Stevie Wonder-ish

    No?????

  • śliczna kobieta - piękny głos

  • Goodness graciousssssssssssss i found it!!!!! after 10 years!!!! i never knew the name of the song,by that time i didnt know english and i still love it!!!

  • Damn ...Had no idea Debbie Harry made this ..Only she (and Blondie) could go from Punk, to disco, to rap, to New Wave ...to house ...and she even tapped a lil' into some reggae ("Tide is High")

  • OMG This WAS the 80s!

  • good beat!

  • Her Cantonese version is equal to the French version. "Sounds" good, but you cant decipher the actual words.

  • OH MY DAMN!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!! Talk about a huge dance classic!!!! This song is still being played here in Chicago and I never get tired of it at all!!!! I also heard this song from the movie "Krush Groove!!!" Now I'm really old lol. My mother was a DJ and this was also one of her favorite songs (she would turn up the radio so loud it was like a private party for neighbors only lol). Debbie Harry still looks incredible!!!! John, thank you so much for this beautiful upload!!! PLAYLISTED!

  • @protectorofillinois2 You are welcome! Glad memories for me too with this track and still a huge Blondie fan. :)

  • @Cadetjorge totalmente deacuerdo...

aca en mi país guatemala se utilizó tambien ese sampler en las discotecas que mas pegaron acá..

  • Used in the MOVIE KRUSHGROOVE thats when I first heard and been looking for since I was a kid. I dj and have tons of resources but the web really came to play in finding this gem.

  • I like a lot this song, remember me in High School!!!

  • We danced our Butts OFF at the Parade Disco in the French Quarter to this Song...fun times!!

  • Yea this didn't fare well in clubs but sold lots of 12" singles . It sold because it was Debbie's comeback song from being on hiatus helping Chris battle his pemphigus disease. She should have worked with JellyBean on her second solo Rockbird instead of working with Seth Justman.
