I simply had to buy Schulze's Moonlake album because of this video :-) Indeed a treasure worth 5/5 stars. I recommend everyone to listen to this track from the very beginning. The intro, the first 5 or so minutes which starts from the simplest sequencer lines and builds up layer by layer to what you hear in the beginning of this video is truly a master's work. The remaining 10 minutes speaks for itself :-) Great video images too. Thanks for sharing!

There is no other music quite like Klaus Schulze's. It puts you into the deepest state of meditation, if you let it. It's a sonic version of a psychedelic drug, very powerful and very beautiful. His songs are usually long, with slowly developing themes but so are our thought processes and higher functions of the brain. I wish he came to Belgrade one day.

Schulze must be one of the greatests musicians ever... if not the best! Amazing to see he was composing this kind of music while the world was rock'n rolling, back in the early '70's. This track is really awesome, I'll never hear it enough! Thanks, zmho, for sharing this with us!

@Moonlake is a good work of Klaus. The first track -Playmate in Paradise- is too much long and no brillant in the most part, but the rest tracks are very good, over all Arthemisa in Jubileo and Some Thoughts Lion.

Cool. Nice. Been a fan for a while... ever since the 1972-1992 disc came out... Got almost all of his cds, except the silver edition... and I've seen 4 concerts of Klaus last week! Amsterdam, Essen (Klaus was ill), Paris and Brussels... Pitty I missed Berlin, but that was just way to far to drive and to expensive for a hotel and an airplane...

this stuff is ok, but I miss the old school feeling that made earlier Schulze work so good. It's the up tempo beats that ruin it i think.

There is a band keeping the old Berlin style going called Redshift that are very good. Check them out.
