The UAV is flying really far from the objective. 0:15 fires the missile, then it momentarily shows on teh camera as it travels towards the target...camera is on very ZOOMED IN so it looks weird but thats what it is...seconds later, the crossairs guide it to the foes on the ground. There. Solved your mistery and didnt even need scooby doo.

Looks like one of those laser guided missles. Looks like it was launched or shot from above to a downwards motion for just a bit and then locked on to its target and began to fly towards it which was in the direction it was going. No ufo in my opinion

Are you folks on crack? UFO? It's a back view of a missile that was just fired by the helicopter aimed at 2 people on the ground. At 0:16 you can see the image 'break-up' electronically typical at launch. At 0:26 the hot exhaust plume of the missile enters the view, then the missile itself drifts in from above. At 1:48 it appears again from above near the target and hits the spot marked by the crosshairs.

Forget the slow motion crap. The poster should just play it entirely at normal speed.

Could be just the missile the apache launched. You're looking at its booster from behind. It first drops when fired because the chopper's nose is oriented downwards when flying forward, but then it quickly gains altitude to strike the target from above
