Is there some kind of space limit on how many projects you can start in RPG Maker 2003?

I only have 4 games, and when I try to start a new one, I get this error message that "The Project Directory could not be created."

Or has my file been corrupted.

you have to KEEP making EVENTS to, "Same level as hero" that's why I switched to 2003! :D

Great video. Helped me out on my rpg maker.

But how do you make the characters NOT join your party? I know how to make them, but everytime I do, they are imstantly in my party. I want to know how to change it so it's only me and i meet them and then they join my party.

you have to go to the database, click on the system tab and change the starting party and select your first member, make sure you set the second member to none.

Export what you want to make first like a chipset or title pitcher to your desktop.

Draw what you want or paste it whatever. DO NOT change the size of the canvas. When your done save it as a 256 color file type.

You can import that no prob.

I still do not quite understand how you upload characters and such. Like I want to upload a sonic character, and when I go to the import thing, it says the color isn't valid, or it's too big. I'm new to this, and I don't get it at all

nevermind that last thing but i have a problem and i reaally need help

ok i noticed that my dungeon tileset was erased and replaced with my town tile set...

so now i have 2 town tilesets and no dengeon ones

then i exported the dungeon and put it on paint...

but then it went back to normal!

but when i imported it back and it was town again...

please help i cant go any farther in my game!

Import some music.

Make sure it's a wave file.

and set it to "Parallel Process"

how would u make a skill such as summoning? Also how did u fix to where your characters move on normal ttack I can only get them to move on skill. Lastly some skills I use cause game to cutt off and say skill is not available when it is, do u know why?

Ohhh summoning is really hard but I know how to do it. You got to be good with animation.

Im familiar with animation and i figured out the prob with the skillz and fixed it. Just cant fig out how to get summon in the game

Cut and copy the summon image to the battle animations.

Yes. Like I put a pic of Efreet on the fire battle animation. You can make what ever summon you want.

Cool, I'm gettin the hang of it more and more. I'm a bit aggrevated that u cant make monsters hp higher then 99999 cuz that messes up epic final fights ya know. Unless you know how to fix that?

another question (sorry, i'm just really curious): are you able to create status ailments, cause for my game, i changed it up a little. (instead of poison, its bleeding, so on and so forth), and change the name of the items, or does it already have it set for you?

when you do indoors maps, first try to know how you do the ceiling. It should be a black thing or whatever and you should color the entire map with it. Then you make a hole inside the ceiling to put walls and floor. That way you wont do a map with only floor that is just lame
