@Paulohenrique0 Altar of Plagues, Amon Düül II, Melvins, Bull of Heaven x3, Earth x4, Harvey Milk, Tim Hecker, Monte Cazazza, Gorguts x2, Carcass, Coil, Skullflower, The Fall and NC.
@Chakan yeah, you can really hear it...and the singing style too...primus has a few songs with a similar rhythm to this one...heh...i guess they learn from the best to be the best... :)
@forfuckssakestop Les adores The Residents. Primus has covered them numerous times, and the two bands shared a co-bill on 12/30/10. On the Miscellaneous Debris EP, you can find their cover of "Sinister Exaggerator," and on the re-release of Frizzle Fry you can hear their covers of "Constantinople" and "Hello Skinny." If you ever have the chance to see them perform live, don't miss it!
@pmforbin uufff...i don't think i'll ever have that chance...but if i do, i won't miss it...well,i'm a big fan of primus and i didn't actually know about these guys were such an influence on them...i guess you learn everyday... :D
dude i huffed a ass load of gas last night and i was like "when is this stuff going to kick in" and as soon as i played this song the walls started to talk to me an my house was picked up by a stool with moustache i'd like to say more but i dont think you guys would understand

@MrMonsterstiffy - Really? I've always known the Residents experimented with tape manipulation, I guess I just never figured that was how they did this particular song.
@DissonanceEngineer You can find interviews which explain what they were doing. be careful, it is quite a rabbit hole you would go down. They started doing this in 1969. They considered tape recorders to be their instruments. They were later to be the first to get proto-types for synths and various gizmos. If you really want to be blown away, check out Krafty Cheese, off the ep... Buster and Glenn was later.
Idk why, but I can't stop listening to this band.
