That's Old Portage on the USGS Stream Flow charts. I fish the river a few times a week. It's about 4 feet above normal and the normal is about 5 feet on the gauge (hence 9 feet) The WHOLE SPRING SUMMER AND FALL the water has only dropped ONCE to below normal. Wettest year ever!!!!
