  • Like Dr JJ, I'm also a user of chromium—niacin bound chromium polynicotinate to be exact which recent research has shown works better than other forms of chromium.

    As far as weight loss, for me nothing beats a daily low impact walk to lose weight and keep fit.

    I also recommend a pedometer to track your progress

    and, of course, quality walking shoes.
