I have a few questions. Does this mean that God is real? Would non-believers of the physical state be punished somehow in the afterlife? Is it possible to fall in love in the astral planes? Can humans see you if you astral project near them or to them? And do you feel scared when you are out of body?

@Free77D0m Insidious is like a fantasy version of astral projecting. Like how Twilight and other vampire novels have different vampire characteristics, Insidious was meant to be scary, so they added a theme to it. You can create anything in your astral world.

I'm 27, and never had sleep paralysis in my life, until last week, 3 night in a row, 2 times in the last, every episode was longer and stronger, the last one was realy unpleasant, feel of a presence in the room, auditory halucinations... Some people told me that it was a great opportunity to astral project, but I'm realy scared of where the fear that I experienced and that I find hard to control could lead me. Any thougt or advice? @matydrum I was literally petrified/traumatized for years because of sleep paralysis. but just keep gaining education/knowledge on the subject..more so astral proect..because paralysis is just the 1st stage. try to look at things positively and tell yourself you are in control. it took me a while to learn how to overcome this fear...but just know this isn't unatural and you are in control, nothing will hurt you. good luck!! if you have anymore questions feel free to message me! :)

I really like your information however I noticed a big mistake that must be fixed for the sake of your legitimacy. At 3:30 you show a diagram of the seven main chakras and THEY ARE BACKWARDS! The Crown chakra is not red and so on. Fix it please, it looks bad...

I wake up sometimes well.. i OPEN my eyes and my body wont move.. im stuck yet i see everytyhing around me and I have a feeling of uneasyness like I am being pinned to my bed and cannot move.. sometimes i will be i guess asleep and then after being asleep in my dream at a moment i might open my eyes and my body feels numb and stuck.. and i get scared... i scream i cant hear my screams and my boyfriend does not hear me screaming while he is asleep but he is next to me.. ..

@AlwaysDOA i been through the exact same thing...thats just sleep paralysis, shit freaked me the hell out too when i realized my yelling was basically mute, its natural and happens to everyone...usually but its rare dont worry the best way to get out of that is just to breathe in different patterns so ur body wakes up, but its "scientifically" normal to experience that

except for one (short) time :(

The problem now, is that I can't do the projecton anymore...
