  • The name of the song is "Blues In A Dream". Check out Jerry's version with Guitar Ray & the Ramblers in Italy, especially the untitled version with the set intro.

  • Jerry is well & alive. As he is bad tempered, he 'll live to 100 years. Let's tell him to go out of his northern frozen basement & PLAY!

  • jerry portnoy is not dead.

  • @noyna9 Yea, I think that would be bad news to him...

  • guys the name of this song is?

  • Who is that on the red strat?

  • Kirk Fletcher!

  • Portnoy was a giant sound but Kirk Fletcher ain't making the guitar sing much here. RIP Jerry Portnoy! Too young to go. The harp takes out a lot of musicians young it seems. Must be the crap in the air they have to eat every night. Only instrument in the room that sucks.

  • where did you hear that Portnoy died man? i don't see that anywhere and i was on a card with him about a month ago and he looked fine to me.

  • I'm With Shrimpdaddy On This One Where Did You Hear That Jerry Has Gone?????

I To Have Looked Everywhere, Hope Your Not Right.

  • Jeery's not dead. I would have heard about it had he died. I just did a Google on him and there's nothing mentioned anywhere. it would be pretty big news in the blues/music world if he died.

  • @redibeaver Rumours of his death have been greatly exagerated....

  • Jerry!! You still got it... I remember when you stole the spotlight from eric ( sorry eric).!

    Keep it UP!!!

  • nobody does little walter better!!!!!

  • i think Bharath the Harp player of therhythmfour blues band should play with Jerry ...and all the Harp gods

  • oh ya i agree with you man, bharath has really got walter down like nobody...i think i may have posted that comment before i was hip to bharath...still, jerry is a master.

  • I dont think you saw little walter

  • WTF happened to the house of BLUES? I used to play at the one in Cambridge. The ones that are left are all hard rock and shit. That f'n pisses me off.

  • HOB coming to Lansdowne......

  • Will they allow any blues bands to play there?

  • Don't know for sure, but it is going to be

    for live music

  • Blues bands at the House of Blues? Dream on Dunskie....... you might catch f'n Radiohead there, man.
