AT 8:40 Ron Paul was answering questions about the comments he made about people wanting to exit the US with their capital. This happened in the days of the federal drafts on our young men. The men who got low numbers were exiting via the borders, remember? We still have people in Canada and elsewhere that were against being drafted to die in Vietnam, or elsewhere.
