the only other person I have ever known who saw this game, that I watched untill 1:30am, was Dr. Amare Bose, who started the Bose speaker company while still a college prof. at mit. He came to atlanta and visited our store, we were the first Bose dealer in the city. He was so very nice and kind, and we reminised at what was without question the greatest nba final game of all time!

I remember this game like it was yesterday I was 12yrs. old It brought me to tears then and it still brought me to tears today that a game that was so close I had a little plastic yellow bat just pounding on the floor OMG what a game I want this to be a memorable game for me.... I remember this game well for 2 reasons. First it was a great game.

Second, my college roommate invited three girls who lived together over to have dinner with him, me and another friend. He was going out with one but sleeping with another. Very weird. He wanted me and our other friend to be nice hosts for the girls but I told them I had to watch the end of the game first. It went on forever and the girls were unhappy. Like I said very weird.
