The true significance of this clip is that it's one of the first true music videos -- made for that purpose. This is a French film made for a the film jukebox called Scopitone. It was devloped in the late '50s. The earliest music films for the device are in color. It was imported into the U.S. in the early '60s but flopped.
I love this version of Shakin all Over...Really captures the whole 60's cool, greaser attitude..Loved the Who's version from Live at Leeds but Vince Taylor's leather bound sneer is VERY cool..
This Version doesn't hold a pimple to Guess Who's butthole in fact it's an all around BAD version of an otherwise fantastic Reccording by those Canadians.
Thank U for sharing it with us ssso we could hear it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shaaaaakiiiin alll oooooveeeeeeeeer
I got the shakes down my kneebone.

Every band that does cover songs should be required to do this one.

Vince was something else indeed (for the time), but this is a bit of a lame cover.
The Guess Who has the definitive version (in my humble opinion)

Grandiose!
