Weird story, I was in Kurgan, Russia teaching english and one of the students hops on the piano and plays an amazing version of yesterday, then all of the students, who barely speak english, knew every word to the song and started an impromptu sing along. Do you guys expect him to play it slower than the real song? I agree that let it be might have been a bit fast, but yesterday is pretty much how the actual song goes in speed length, you're all confusing note speed for vocal speed, recognize that the music doesn't always go at the same speed as the singer.

I agree with izzyfan. You are very talented and play it well, but take it slower. At least on "Yesterday". Part of the beauty of the song is the space between the notes.
