Hookah is meant to be smoked for its flavor and for quality of smoke. The smoke is Ideal for smoke tricks like Rings. The flavor and pull of hookah is excellent and super smooth almost like air if its set up right. The nicotine content is very low so maybe if you dont smoke anything at all you'll get a small buzz. But, hookah is not meant to be smoked to get high or buzzed. Its simply enjoyable.

No its not weed, its flavored tobacco. If you've never had it before I'd suggest getting mellow grape for your first time...its very good. I dont smoke pot/cigarettes but hookah is very good

Traditionally and commonly, you are only to take a hit and release it instantly, no inhaling is required.
