Ironically, all the bands you listed are some of the few real "metal" metalcore bands. They're all listed at metal-archives (While Slipknot, Korn, Underoath, etc, are not). They also happen to be quite good bands.

However, Testament is indeed fucking awesome.

You know, someone who sings something like "You'll die alone with nothing but pain", maybe that's a way to say "Do something with your life before it's too late"...
