@IVatworky Exactly...I was sittin on the fence with you, But since you understand the importance of this song, I will let it go"....This song ROCKS.."I know that it was you that I hurt, i Didn't mean to hurt you....so much to forgive and forget"
YES i went it was fucking bad ass!!!! AGH! Fuck to be honest i dont remember what they opened up with shit lol but dam the best song had to be green manalishi
@MetalOperaGhost yeah, i went to far with that but Shout To The Devil was in my opinion their decent album. i think there's no reason to hate glam now since i think it's better than today's music. I was being a dickhead when i posted that comment, sorry.
Really wish I had grown up with this music... Saw Halford, Motley Crue, and Ozzy at Ozzfest in Mansfield last year. Best experience of my life. Nobody else in my graduating class listened to this type of music, they all either listened to shitty pop, shitty hip hop or pop punk bullshit like a day to remember and it just incessantly pissed me off to hear that shit every day. Hence why on my last day of school I peeled out of the lot blasting Priest =]
@gavingavingavin7 i saw priest for this tour was one of my first concerts ever and then some time later saw fight in Az. both really awesome shows wouldn't have missed it for the world
Judas priest are Metal Gods. This song in commercial..still kicks major ass. Just like priest has for decades. I wish music of today was more influenced by bands like priest. ROCK ON FOREVER PRIEST!! i will be at the Epitaph tour concert.
@GREXUMER Customarily comments about the dislikes incorporate the subject matter. Here for example, it might have been said that 'two people are out in the cold musically' or something similar.
Every metal/rock act released an album with synthesizers in the mid-1980's. Ozzy did with "Ultimate Sin". Budgie's last 2 albums used it heavily. Rush and Yes had their biggest mainstream success with them. Can't fault Priest for jumping on the bandwagon.
BTW, my original cassette version of this album had an annoying audible metronome at the beginning and end of each side. Anyone else remember this?
@maziku No, it was more of a metronome (synchronized clicking). I also hear the same thing on my original Ozzy Ultimate Sin cassette and on my Motley Crue Theater of Pain tape.
truth... this song was VERY hard to digest at first, even though i first heard it when i was out of my whole "purist" phase. but it's gotten to be one of my favorite priest tunes.
When Halford came out I was shocked also, but now I don't really care because he has a great voice and is a helluva frontman. I would put him up against almost anybody in metal other than James Hetfield or Bruce Dickinson.
@TrekFan85 When Halford announced he was gay the words to Locked inside your love made me think gross things. Have you thought about what Turbo Lover means? You can feel me cumming..............I'm your turbo lover. HaHaHa... Love them anyway. I try not to think about it.
@trevLV Not if it was written by Halford. I remember when Rob Halford came out of the closet I was like "NO WAY!! how could he be a fag??" Then I started thinking about how he dressed and what he sang about and I was like how could I have not realized he was gay. .
@trevLV Think about all those metal heads dressing like him not realizing they were imitating the gay s&m scene like in Grenich Village NYC. Think about the song "Hell Bent for Leather" or " London Lover boys" Love them anyway, I thought it was funny
@Jamcad01 thats why its called innuendo. An artist can't come out and say "You can feel me fucking your ass". Think about all the songs that say one thing and mean another.
this is a very kick ass song they were my first concert in 83 Iron Maiden opened at dayton hara arena kick ass first concert cant wait to see halford again at the ozzfest in chicago in August
@HILTON1MASTER993 When ever an album is popular enough to sell 11 million records people start assuming that they sold out. I don't agree, I loved this album just as much as Screaming for vengeance. Its just for a different mood.
I love Judas Priest, I am fortunate to have grown up in the 80's to listen to all the great music The Priest put out...Seen their concerts fuckin' great... Thanks for putting in this song. ROCK ON, HORNS UP to all you metal fans....METAL 4-EVER.
I remember when this album came out, the band got tons of flack for the heavy use of guitar synths, poppy sound and softened look. This was the heyday of hair bands, so they leaned a little bit into that style for this album.
@brtshstel Out In the Cold and Turbo Lover are good songs, yes, but my favorite song off of Turbo is Reckless. In fact, Reckless might be my overall favorite Priest song.
This is Judas Priest's worst album by far, but this song is one of their best.

Until you see them do it.
This song jams and is one of their better efforts.
Tugs at the spirit, reminds you of your previous lifetimes.
