The Supreme court ruled long ago that it is not against the law to be a Communist, because being a communist is simply advocating for a position; it is not DOING anything, like bombing or murder. It doesn't matter if Obama was born in Hawaii or not. His father was a foreigner. Children, at the time of Obama's birth who had a foreign parent had DUAL CITIZENSHIP. @MSH786 - Pull out your Birth Certificate and compare it side by side with this " Certificate of Live Birth ". Even with the # blanked out for security reasons. and instead of allowing the " Original " to be seen the final argument would be that according to you and people from Kenya ( they all love to lie you know ? ) this man was born twice thousands of miles apart. Explain this please.

@MSH786 - Not really. That is the dociument that was given to the public to quell insistance that he provide his true Birth Certificate ( The same document format is followed in ALL States with exception of the States name ) in the standard form of " Certification of Vital Record "

AGAIN , ALL States have the exact same format fro a Birth Certificate with only the States name being changed.
Why would he provide only a " scanned " copy instead of a tangible copy of his Birth Certificate with the States raised seal intact ?
