I never saw your message, i'm sorry.

Let me explain.

I attached the chain at the last point, the point (i'll be honest) where i forgot them. I still had a gap between the paper and clay, so it was easy to put a loop/pin thing in there. Later on i attached a bigger loop to the pin and voila. Just attach your chain and you're done.

Not that hard :) Trust me.

Can I also use a modelling clay? Coz i think ill have a hard time looking for Polymer clay like Fimo clays.

Hmm i've tried it with modelling clay, but it's very difficult.

That clay isn't bendable. It's better to do it with fimo clays, you can buy them in regular craft stores.

I had the same with this polymer clay... I just gave it to someone to warm it up, someone with warm and big hands. He made it soft in 10 mins of kneading.

You just have to warm it up :)

Hello hello!

Well i touch the clay while it's baking. You can feel if it's hard. (just don't burn yourself) If you let it cool down afterwards it hardens even more. So if it wasn't ready yet, no worries because it hardens anyway...

The right heat depends on your oven, mine is very old. So i put it on 150 degrees, checking it from time to time. This takes about 20 mins.

The warmer you make the oven, the quicker your clay has baked.

but for this tutorial, she link them and then painted it, but i think it will be more easy to paint them before glueing, to avoid mess.

About the chain, she ATTACHED a loop, maybe she glued it at the back of the tiny bow :)

I think linking the parts are more easy than shaping and baking clays lol.

Yes, the paper will stay dry.

But be careful. Fimo clay isn't made to be alot in water. So if it rains it's still better to tuck everything away.

Ik heb het zelf geprobeerd met goedkope klei. Het is heel moeilijk en je kan er niet veel details inmaken. Je kan ook de klei niet vlechten, want die kruimelt.

Maar het lukt! Als je kijkt naar de foto op het einde zie je hem staan op foto (de roze ketting)

Lijmspray: action xD. (mijn hobbywinkel :P)

Fimo: Ava of andere teken/knutselwinkel.

En het plaatje is gewoon uit papier, maar langs de achterkant heb ik nog een harder stukje papier gekleefd. Succes.

Maak een lange, dunne rechthoek. Plooi de uiterste kanten naar binnen. Doe dan een stukje klei langs boven. "Ik kan het niet echt mondeling uitleggen, ik maak later nog een tutorial voor het strikje".
