I remember hearing this song most in the Arlong Park Arc. Nami is having a flashback or thought and at 1:16 it switches back to her. (What a painful past, huh? All of them had sad pasts, even Luffy when he was teased and when his best friend lost his arm. Doesn't sound as painful as the rest, though.)

This is definitly one of my favorite soundtracks. This occured in two scenes. One is when Usopp stood up after getting whacked by the 4 ton bat. Two is when Bellamy talks about how the old age of pirates is ending.
