If you said that in Spanish, it would be "Verde, blanco, rojo," so therefore this is Romano's version.

Plus, if this was Spain's version, he would say "Rojo y amarillo," which means Red and Yellow.

So there's two reason why this is obviously South Italy's version. But I do have other examples from this song, if you still don't believe me.

For those who believe this is Spain's version, you can easily tell that this IS Romano's song and not Spain's.

At 0:22, this person lists off the color of his flag in his native language. Verde is Italian for green, bianco is white, and rosso is red; all three colors of the Italian flag, and I'm pretty sure that we all know that this is definitely not North Italy.

Were it Spain, the colors listed would be rojo and amarillo; red and yellow in Spanish. Google Translate it if you think I'm wrong.
