@ianlim1982 drug taking is a victimless crime by definition (look it up - 'victimless crime'). if a drug addict should commit other crimes because of his addiction that's when action should be taken, not before - as you mentioned.
i just happen to believe we should be freer to do as we please without state intervention. i don't see why the state thinks it should interfere so much in our lives - making stupid laws, thinking it can spend our money (taxes) in better ways than we can etc

A pure gram of pharmaceutical grade coke went for $0.02, a cut up dirty with who knows what gram on the street, $120.00. Thew same for heroin. @SlackerSlayer absolutely. crime goes down by a factor of 18, health increases and people become a more productive member of society when the drug is given in pharmaceutical form. there's no sense in making it illegal other than perhaps gaining votes for politicians.

Soviets invaded Poland two weeks after Nazis but they didn't invade Belgium, France etc. so they were not included in sick Nazi plans.
