LOLZ, CCRB is an independent "investigative" organization of mostly recently graduated college kids that "review" complaints, and if it's worth talking to the cop complained against; has the department notify him to go to the CCRB office to answer their questions about it, which takes all of about 20 minutes at most, and the cop gets to count that as his whole work day!:) If you're curious as to what happened to that Captain, the answer is NOTHING! lol, well he was rewarded with a short work day

Actually they've just recommended to the Police Commissioner that something be done...

I expect another letter in a couple of years stating that Frank has "retired" and is no longer punishable or that the Police Commissioner did not agree with the findings of the Review Board.

Also, I never got my equipment back even though I had a great lawyer and jumped through all the required hoops to get it back.
