  • This song is very inspiring and touched my heart every time I hear it! Hyde I love you!!! And I hope someday I would play this song with my band! ^--^

  • I cried when I first watch this video, feels like I can understand a parent is praying for his/her child's feeling. I think it is better than the studio version.

I havent had this kind of feeling before, only hyde can bring me to this.

Jesus Christ is my favorite song of hyde. The second is Angle's tale.

I'm not a christian, but this song really touch me in deep.

awww I don't know what am I talking about, I just want to say hyde I love you!!!

    LOVE YOUR TALENT AND MUSIC.

  • Very moving, so wonderful!

  • HYDE’s a God

  • In an interview years ago whenever this song came out, Hyde said the lyrics are written as if from the perspective of Mary watching her Son dying on the cross and basically begging God to take her instead. Just a mother begging to save her son. Nothing much deeper than that. Hyde just throws in lots of religious imagery into his concerts because he's Japanese and it's a pop culture cool thing to do with imported Western religion stuff. Chorus melody is good especially with key change at "life"

  • just read the lyrics with the song together..

then you know how beautiful the song really is.. ♪

  • Christian or not God is God that wont change

  • to me this song is like me when i was younger lol, i went to church and i believed in that religion, but when things got bad for me and i cried for help nothing ever happened, i prayed and prayed but nothing, i tried to let some one know that i believed in him, but there was nothing but a sky, i grew mad and i began to hate the religion and more after i learned about history lol to me the song is like he is saying that you believe in him so much and praise him but when you need him where is he?

  • "Ahh God give me death"

  • o.O

  • my child is fading!!an innocent!!i dont hear answer!!im calling!!!??this is somethin more than a song, maybe with his son but i didnt know that he got a son?soo maybe this only his form of see the religion in the both forms like the believer and not believer cause theres always a moment in you life, when you ask yourself if god really exist!?when somethin bad happens to you...well this my form of view this song describing what hyde really feels inside.....

  • <3 that strange sound he made at 2:29!!

  • Haidooo~ ♥

  • did anyone else see the bart simpson doll behind ju-ken's head for a split second there? :D start at 1:18

  • it gives me shiver... <3

  • his son was ill at the time he wrote this... read the lyrics real careful

  • I still can't believe that I heard this song live in Barcelona! It still feels like a dream. When they started playing it, I was so overwhelmed that I almost cried and forgot all the lyrics so I couldn't sing along. lol :))

  • I'm surprised he performed this as VAMPS instead of him being solo. The song was in his solo album wasn't it?

  • @Acerofspadeser yes, it's from the faith record... but remember that vamps has been described as the "continuation" of his solo career

  • CANCIÓN LA RAJA CTM!!

  • I'm wondering why there are some people who have such aversion to religion.

Believing in God and Jesus Christ is one aspect of religion.

Maybe their aversion is towards some religious practices and traditions that are done in a way that may show the shortcomings of some religious authorities.

In that case, please do not blame religion. On behalf of our erring fellow Christians, if ever their bad actions caused aversion of our religion to other people, I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND MY DEEPEST APOLOGIES.

  • Hyde!

  • wow they should also have a concert here in Philippines! I think he is now responding to his purpose for God.

  • im sorry but is this suppose to be a chrisitan song or a another??? coz the lyrics speaks of good

  • @lamedude2 "Jesus Christ" itself as a christian song weeeeeellllllll *maybe*...

but since Hyde feel the power of God and he feels that his soul was healing, he changed some thoughts that he had about christianity, well about God, cuz personaly i hate religion, Christ is not a religion... but anyways since he lived that; he made some songs like: MADE IN HEAVEN, FAITH AND JESUS CHRIST in this album!! XD

  • @sdsvecms yeah ur right....i read about Hyde writing those songs.....religion( the word) is a cage that locks up God LOL

  • @lamedude2 It´s time to see religion die, and see Christ alive!

  • @sdsvecms your right!!!!!!!!!!!! you must be listening to BRIAN HEAD WELCH- DIE RELIGION DIE too

  • @sdsvecms you sound like a douche. The fact that your comment is the highest rated only disappoints me about the type of fans Hyde has.

  • @sdsvecms both of them should be alive i think :D

  • @BaabaduheHe ;P there r some interviews before his tour in usa & the interview with the German dark music subculture magazine, some of his friends in europe took him into the church, and u´re right about the father and his son, is an allegory for love (u know like x-man is an allegory for racial minorities) is the sacrifice of God -Jesus walked away...and prayed: "Father, if u will, please take this cup of suffering away from me. But do what u want, and not what I want" Luke 22:41-42

  • your comment is wrong to belief because Jesus Christ is clean, white and Good Master that with hyde is not christian....

  • Comment removed

  • @sdsvecms I want proof of that is what Hyde truly believed and felt. But I don't know... I might have misinterpreted your comment.

  • @sdsvecms I read at an interview after the faith record that he didn't believe in any dogma and that he thought that religious fanatism was quite dangerous... so I've always believed that this song has a bit of both, the search for a connection to the higher power and some irony about extremes... but then again, that's how I felt it, specially after reading that interview

  • @sdsvecms

If you listen closely to the lyrics, they all reflect the religion sarcastically.

"God please give me death" symbolizes the blind faith of the crowed.

    This is just one example.

Anyways I enjoy the great song, this is my favorite.

  • wow so sexi XD hyde so sexy!!!!!!!

  • beautiful voice
