The Best of Them All Was Kiku. Sure he was not the smartest, or the most skilled Samurai, and he was born a farmer, but he just had one of those qualities that makes you like him. I swear they need to make a season 2 where a god brings them all back to fight another god. LONG Kiku, You shouldn't have died, but a least you died protecting the village. They need to make a statue to immortalize him and all the others.

@Xziel09 I know this comment is old, but the idea of a season 2 destroys the whole point and theme of the Samurai 7 story, and Samurai 7 is an adaption of the classic film named Seven Samurai created by Akira Kurosawa so the story ends cause the original story ended.

Wow XD All this hatred for Katsu-chan! I watched the series, and you have all made it sound like Katsu did all that on purpose. I love Kyuzo too, but I didn't exactly blame Katsu for it. Not like he expected to do that. That's kind of like saying that if any other novice samurai who could take Katu's place wouldn't have done that, when in the situation there was always a chance that something like that would happen. All I'm saying is cut the guy some slack. He already had a lot of stress already

(WARNING TO ANYONE WHO HASNT SEEN THE SHOW BTW, SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NO READ!!!!!!!!!!) anyway he kills kyuzo which was my favorite character. basically they did a good job on making me hate him so much with his wimpiness and costly errors throughout the show. its just a like a good villain, if you love to hate em then the show has done well. lol

im still didnt understand weather kinrara fall in love with katsushiro or kanbe? because in episode 23...she was stare at kanbe so many times and when kanbe and other is about to lieave to destroy the capital(without katshushiro),she once again stare at kanbe and after that yukino said to her gambate(try your best) and after that she blushed!..well i didnt mind if she fall for kanbe..but im like katsushiro more.because he have high spirit and always try his best to defeat enemy.
