He not only writes tax code but also oversees the budget, now admits his own tax records are so fucked, he's had to bring in a forensic accountant to find out what he owes on unreported income on rental property. Then there is the ethical lapses in combining three condos into one, below-market apartment. Or explaining just how another Dominican condo was financed.
And he's got some balls talking about Bush and impeachment.
