  • Hitler kaput! :)))

  • bloody great gun I just got one bloody heavy I wouldnt like to have carried it across poland

  • I like the idea of the double trigger system. Seems complicated... but useful.

  • ahh germans they make everything look good

  • I respected Germans before, but I began respecting them ao much more when I began to learn about their weaponry.

  • I worship the Germans for every invention they ever made, except for the porche SUV. That thing is just pointless.

  • the moder'n MG-3 is a modified version used today.

  • @slim77k The MG3 is a modified version of the MG42, not 34.

  • American M60 based on this design. MG34 and 42 best all around MGs of WWII.

  • Die Glockie

  • OMG if those bullets hit your neck it would be torn off!!!!!XD

  • Jal, wir habenleider verloren!! shit!

  • they worked together and did all that in 20 sec

  • where i live a german plane crashed in a mud bog and ot had 4 MG15's on it. they are the predecessors of the mg34's and mg42's. each one is worth around £1,500!

  • @08natahnw im sorry but thats bullcrap, not the part about the plane and the MG15's, that might be true. but a MG15 is worth much MUCH more then 1500 pounds.

  • @eivindandreashiew It depends what model you look at. The MG15, unlike the MG34, was manufactured as a mounted aircraft weapon, and only a few ground based test models were made pre 1939. But when Germanys supplies were crippled in 1944 they took the guns from the aircraft and grounded them. They added a saddle drum, stock and bipod to them. The aircraft-mounted models ARE around £1500, as they probably never saw any real action. The ground models, as you say, are worth between £2500-£10,000.

  • Amasing technology. Where I live in england a german dornier 17 light bomber crashed in a mud bog near the beach because of a failed engine. That plane has 4 mounted MG15 in it(the predecessor of the MG34)and each one is worth around £1'500 pounds. Course, the guns are loaded and when it exploded in the crash the guns probably blew up, but I'd risk drowning in quick sand to get to that plane!

  • Where is this narrator guy from? He sounds like he's from the US most of the time, but when when he says words like shots, notch, and craft he pronounces them in a way similar to an Englishman.

  • the german guns are awesome but hitler frikin sucks my balls!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i prefer this to the mg42 the mg34 is more mobile and better for squad support.

  • Did the Germans have a Machinegun similiar to the M2 Browning 50 Caliber? The MG 42 and MG 34 are outstanding machineguns but the M2 could kill soldiers, destroy all vehicles except tanks and destroy aircraft.

  • @nsswitcher

Yep, they did. The Rheinmetall's The MG 131. However, it was used only in airplanes.

  • wouldnt want one of those ambushing you!!!!!!!!!

  • i have a 1941 50 round MG34 a real collectors item!!!!!!!

  • like 35.000 plus 200.00 tax stamp class 3 ffl

  • Fuck Off USA !!!! german best mg 34 !!

  • @RudolfAH87 if it was so good then why did they go to the 42? just asking ya know

  • @jjhays36; the 34 was expensive to produce the 42 was made using cheaper methods like stamped still.

  • @jjhays36 besides being too time-consuming to produce in the millions demands, the MG34 was also not as reliable, especially in the dusty desert or muddy steppes of Russia. The MG42 was not only cheaper and faster to make but less likely to jam.

  • Anybody knows how much would it cost to get a mg34 ? I mean, are original ones available ?

  • @mercjoe72 tens of thousands of American dollars. Plus, as of the 1930's, no civilian in the USA can own a belt fed machine gun like that. Sorry.

  • @naxa321 The National Firearms Act of 1934 simply required registration of machineguns. Depending on the state and local laws, it is possible to legally own a machinegun. Ask the thousands of people that have them in the US!!

  • @MP43SNIPER Your right, I forgot about that. Its just I have been living in California my whole life, and we cant jack squat here. Damn liberals. :/

  • @mercjoe72 You can get them for £800, thats what I paid for mine. Its just waiting for one to come on the market

  • I had no idea it had a double trigger thats pretty cool.

  • its in cod united offensive expansion

  • i dont use that nooby expansion get a life noob

  • Comment removed

  • OK..i didn't ask for your opinion

  • @vetlesverd321 SHUT UP NAZI ILL KAAL YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • why do you think i am a nazi???

  • you now cod is a game and this is real and this weapon was the first version from the mg42

  • no it fakorzz

  • That´s funny. There are really people who believe that a game is reality and the real reality doesn´t exist. ......may god help us lol

  • god aint reeel hippy

  • maybe real?

  • no he died wen i shot him in cod

  • you got nothin better to do than argue over guns?

  • @daevildude45 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA i think I hurt myself laughing

  • in my opinion the 34 is a much more elegent looking piece then the 42, yeah i now their practically the same design but i hate the way the barrel jacket looks on the 42 and the rectangular look of the reciever, it generaly looks meaner as well which could be an advantage, but any way im just rambling so heres to the mg 34/42, the 2 most advanced general purpose machine guns for over 60 years!

  • on 0:36 you can see the nazi eagle...... its very old video.....

  • The top trigger is for the single shot to simulate alone rifle.....how mean is that?!? We Germans are really sneaky bitches lol

  • top trigger is like a rifle cos its singfire and it has almost same data like the mauser k98

  • Yes! On top is "E" for Einzel which means Single and on the downside "D" for Dauer which means "Steady"

    Med vennlig hilsen

  • I saw that and I was like

    ... that's fucking clever

  • Mg34! Take cover!

  • Hey isn't this the same guy that gives tips in the battlefield 2 game? I could swear it's the same voice...

  • He makes me the same impression..

  • me... want...

  • thats nasty sing shot to make them think its a rifle man then bamm they get sprayed

  • Yes the German culture is very technologically advanced.... They also make kick ass guns!! XD

  • The MG-34 was developed as a medium machineguns because versailles treaty forbade proper machineguns with water cooled barrels.

  • Good video, but the description is wrong. If it was an "old german war video" the narration would be in German. This is a US Army training video. The Army used these videos to teach American GIs how to use captured enemy equipment.

  • That is such a beautiful gun, it really is... The Germans have amazing technology and training, but a terrible leader during the War...

  • If HItler didn't make his chain of commands a logistical nightmare, we may very well be in a different world.

  • And the fact that he chose to attack Russia... And the fact that his economy was piss-poor... hehe.

  • @FullMetalOvercoat i agree...

  • What the hell is infantry Karbine 38???

Did the commentator make a mistake?

I think it should be K98.

    The only 38 i know is japan's type 38.

  • I think to he means the Mauser Karabiner 98K because they ouse the same ammo like the MG 34 and MG 42

  • it was the year it was preesed into service as the mod

  • lol elaborite sites

  • Its Beautiful! Problem is thought they were to accurate as a machine gun putting about 15-20 rounds in each solider, which in turn is a waste of ammo which is a waste of money. Haha germans having to be so damn good at what they did.

  • How do you Download The Videos OoF the Site?

  • download the program youtubedownloader ;)

  • Very nice weapon

  • LUV DIS GUN

  • the most genius part of this gun is the fact that it has the double trigger feature...semi n full ... its shit loads easier for the gunner thats for sure... can simulate lone rifle shots to lure enemy out and pour down hell once they are exposed lol....

  • its a good weapon, just expensive

  • not wrong my grandfather brought one home after the war and before he was sent to jail for warcrimes, about 20 years ago (years before he got out) someone offered him $40,000 USD that's a lot of money in British pounds, he declined, I neve figured him for a sentimentalist nostalgia gets the better of some people it seems

  • what warcrimes?

  • was a Gruppenführer posted to Jasenovac nearing the end of the war, and he was jailed for just that, being a ranked SS officer, but he believe in the Nazi ideals and didn't go all Speer and thus he was jailed.

  • if it was up to me we should be using the mg34 over in iraq i mean it sounds like the most efficent combat system.

  • You'd be surprised over the precision of the 34 when mounted on the tripod.. Holy shit is all i have to say.

  • cool and useful triger

  • was eine waffe einfach nur genial !

  • i like the trigger, no need to switch any lever, all you have to do is to change finger position, without losing aim to the target

  • or use it to do some fine picking- radical brain surgeory.

  • The trigger is a great idea, you suppres them with single shots, let them think they've killed the sniper and then waste them all when they get closer.

  • More like being able to shoot at them without giving away the fact you're the MG. Full auto fire tends to draw more attention from the other side, and that's a bad thing.

  • They should have put it on the 42 as well.

  • They should have put it on the 42 as well.

  • Beautiful mg. needs lots of oiling in the winter though

  • wow, never new that about the trigger.

  • nether did i

    its a cool idea

  • wow! i didn't know it had to kinds of fire. single shot and auto

  • those germans can make a mean machine gun.

  • "single shot to simulate a lone rifle" damn

    sneaky but well thought

  • where a can buy one of those ???

  • infantry carbine 38? wtf?

  • The formal name for the mauser

  • nice and fast double trigger! =)

  • Deutsche Granis

  • Deutsche Wertarbeit deutsche Soldaten legt euch besser nicht mit diesem Land an.

  • A Waffen SS MG crew (2 men) had to train for 2 years before they saw battle! This was in the early war years offcorse. KROMBAHNfiring with mg...only germans that could manage that!

  • No wonder, they hade the best army with the finest soldiers

  • now this is useful.... gotta get me one of those! >:P

didnt know much about th MG34 till now, thanks!

  • cool! single fire!

  • Neat!
