The Serbs were committing atrocities by purposely "ethic cleansing" against the Albanians. The KLA even commit atrocities against the Serbs but not to the level that the Serbs/Yugoslav troops and Special polices do. Albanians were treated like 2nd class citizens by the Serbs(like being barred from practicing their culture and Serbia education goes to the Serbs instead) which is why KLA was founded. I believe Clinton was right to stop the Serbs from killing all the ethic Albanians.
