Haarp appears to be capable of raising the sky, the beam itself is aimed at a location up in the ionosphere. If you ask me that was last being used in 2008. I've always been a sky-watcher too, and have been noticing more and more of these right-angle formations over the past few years. I thought chemtrails were weird enough (my wife even notices them now), but this is even freakier.

I also notice parallel lines of what seem to be wave clouds, multiple closely-spaced lines, in places they shouldn't normally be, and sometimes two set near each other with different orientations.

Bad fluid dynamics - this just shouldn't happen is a fluid flow.

Cloud shapes are pretty random, so eventually you are going to see a shape that looks like something, especially if you just zoom in on one bit. A time lapse video of these clouds would show it was just a regular cloud formation.
