What needs to be, is to impeach the 4 members of the supreme court that stepped on the intent of the bill of rights. It seem they have gone senile and forgot the meaning of the words -- bear, keep, shall, not, infringed. Not only that those 4 can’t look up the words in a dictionary to find the definitions to those words.
Same exact thing happened to my friend. The spent (hot) case got stuck between his glasses and face. It burt the heck out of his face. This Supreme Court decision was monumental. I just subscribed great channel.

Where is my federal funds paid for practice ammo? That is how I read the first part of 2nd amend.
The argument that safety is a need (and supportive of) that requires limiting gun ownership or passing restrictive guns laws was luckily addressed by the current court's opinion. So Daley's laws concerning first responders (a BS reason) would be found as unconstitutional. Daley should WAKE UP and realize the flight of upper class whites who left after their gun ban was passed.
Will Chicago learn their lesson from this decision? Not likely. More than likely, they will, like DC did, come up with another restrictive gun law that follows only a tad of the Supreme Court decision. And this also gives Obama a chance to rail against another Supreme Court decision.
@vonschteiben My 2nd amendment right as a law abiding citizen is more important than daley or Pres. Obama, and I'm an Obama supporter. All I know is a politician calling for no legal fire arms is the same as a politician kissing a baby...its just for votes.
