I like this look for the Red Skull better.. I mean.. Do you know how UNREALISTIC it would be for someone to have a skinless skull? Even if the skin some how shrank or melted to the skull.. You would have no muscles left to talk, any muscles that might be left would be very weak, no lips means you can not talk correctly and your mouth would probably be dry all the time.. The look for this movie seems like it melted the skin but left all the red/pink muscle under the skin, looks more creepy also..
