I guess it should not matter, for when one brings about balance in oneself, this will effect the partner/relationship (balance) as well of course. Interaction is key. Some roles can be limiting, others can be liberating. Try and feel which is which and let it Flow, let it Be... :-)

Interesting and thanks for posting. I seems to me that the desire to constantly DO stuff is over-reaching of the Will, rather than the rational Mind. I think women can fall prey to this as much as men.

It's good to talk of energies, instead of trying to convince guys that they have a "feminine side" for example. Being still, for example, is very powerful, though viewed as female. Think of martial arts practitioner at the "ready" position.

Thank you Leija. Watching this video filled me with such LOVE. I like to say if you don't have balance you'll fall over. Growing up I felt programmed to see the feminine as weak, but today as I laid in the grass and starred up at a into the trees, I felt how very strong the feminine is. There's so much strength in sensitivity, vulnerability, and receptiveness. It's when we perceive it as weak that we don't embrace it fully and utilize its inherent strength.

I think female energies create more positive things than male energies do. As a man I can see this very clearly. Most or all of the bad things that exist in the world are the result of egotistical male energies manifesting in physical dominance. :-) For me, the dominant energies of 'M/F' are different depending on the (co-created agreement of..) the species - terrestrial or not. I see that the polarised enegies that flow thru from the soul level are simply 'assertiveness' and 'receptivity', rather than M/F, and it's the co created agreement that is conformed to. It matters not which vessel (M or F) expresses which (A or R), however, 'A' n 'R' can be from balance or not. Being love, joy, n' excitement.. balances the 'A' n 'R' n' all.

I've been pondering this for a while after I first watched this video...

Sometimes I feel it's worth it to examine the difference between making things happen... and allowing things to happen. This idea is still very new to me so maybe I'm not making sense just yet, but... I feel this is part of learning how to balance our lives. Maybe.... instead of trying so hard, just setting intentions? Then, learning to become still and understanding when that male energy of action needs to come forth..
