I believe you are putting a spin on this. First, her primary job is as a means of communication between Cai and other artists. Second, as I understand, Cai hires people from different backgrounds, with many interns and employees from backgrounds of social science and technical science.
She's fluent in a language other than her mother language. She's clearly not interested in fame that she hasn't earned, but has established herself as someone who merits fame. She has followed her interests in the decision of her career, and has not taken the easy way. And if you still don't think she is cool, why can't I?

英文能溝通就好，但特別去強調馬的音調很美國，實在容易被打槍，因為其實馬的口音很台灣，就是所謂的台灣英語啦。說來蔡國強以前的助理馬文的英文實在比馬唯中好太多了，可惜沒有一個總統爸爸，蔡國強還滿懂得趨炎附勢的。
