This is not only the mistake XF has. In the Episode SPACE, there was a scene where it was raining so hard but, a second or few after a car was turn upside dwn, the rain was gone. Check it out!!
I saw that guy a couple months ago when I was watching this episode. I didn't recognize it as a mistake, though. I just thought "Wow, its kinda weird that there are random people outside that creepy church and Mulder and Scully didn't make an effort to question them"...funny.
In the episode with the vampires it was a more comedic episode when Mulder breaks the chair to chase the vampire you can see a hand in the bottom right corner putting a sharp stick in

Is this from season 7? I think the episode is entitled "closure", it was about a "deviational" church called 'signs and wonders' and accusation toward them for killing the ex-member. It's one of my favourite episode from X-files but you're right i did also notice that!
Why would they leave in a mistake? It must have been timing. They couldn't go back and redo it or something but I can't believe CC would leave this in if he could have changed it. I wonder if the man got paid extra for being in the shot? lol
I noticed that the other day on dvd! But I had to rewind the scene to make sure since M&S banter about the snake handling with all its innuendos reaaaly distracted me :-P
lol. from the footage i've seen, whenever the director and actors look over a scene, it's done with little sincerity (usually joking with each other), and in poor lighting. I'm not that surprised that this got by.
Hey just in case nobody noticed...in Bad Blood (5x12), after Scully wakes up Mulder and goes off into the woods, Mulder decides to break up a chair to get a steak, for the vampire child's heart, you can see a hand put in a piece of wood and Mulder picks it up. When I first saw that I was like, "What the heck?...Was that a hand?"
ya i saw it too . im sure it was made on purpose...;) did anybody like the ending scene in 2nd movie with mulder and scully in a boat. that sure gave me a big laugh...hehehe

i love it. the best one i ever saw was on the movie "braveheart" during the rock throwing at the wedding scene there is a man in jeans and a baseball cap. i thought levi's made jeans about 1841 for the gold rush not 1100AD

there is an ep also where u can see a guy behind a bin and another episode where mulder and scully each recount a story coz mulder wants to get their story straight and the pizza knocks him out and some kid with fake teeth. It's that ep, anyway tho in that ep, i think it is called Blood, when mulder brakes the chair to get a wooden stake a hand at the bottom of the screen appears and puts a piece of wood down and mulder/david picks it up and runs off, it is soo bad, they do alot of mistakes lol
I never watch this ep. didn't like it, but now I have a reason to check it out. LOL, that's funny though, especially since he's in short and gym shoes and so out of place. HA!
I don't know if anyone said this yet, but the widescreen version did not air on television, so the camera man was not visible when it aired. If you watch the widescreen versions, there is actually quite a lot of bad editing that you can't see on the full screen episode. Thank goodness for TV screen dimensions!

I don't know if anyone said this yet, but the widescreen version did not air on television, so the camera man was not visible when it aired. If you watch the widescreen versions, there is actually quite a lot of bad editing that you can't see on the full screen episode. Thank goodness for TV screen dimensions!
