Not the actual one or I would have never sold it, since he is one of my favorite directors. In fact I wish I kept it, this was the same filmo Robert Capa used in the early 1930's. There is a photo of him holding the same one. Since Kurbick shot Killers Kiss during early 1950's, he most likely used a surplus WWII filmo, most likely the triple turret type, but that is only a guess. This was a great camera, a work of art. The man who bought lives in Germany aand was very pleased with it.
this is a real nice one but i wonder if i could find a company who sells 35mm film and developes 35mm film? bare with my lack of knowledge, im new into film and just about to start with 16mm but im sure you can help me with such things if i have questons.
Most motion pictures are still shot on 35mm film. Kodak and Fuji make the stock, there are film labs that will process it in any major city that has any kind of a film industry.
The big guys are Technicolor and Deluxe. However they don't usually process B&W film stock, just colour. You can often find smaller labs that will process the B&W stock for you.
