I'd say try and watch "Ramayana - The Legend of Prince Rama" (Animated Ramayan) to begin with. Once you get a hang of the basic story via animated Ramayan, then you may be able to follow the details much better! ; Alternatively get some Indian person to watch/explain to you. :-)

So this is the story of Ramji which hindus worship as a God. I dont know why they do think like this? Do you think the Creator of Universe will come in a man's attire (i.e his own creature) to fight the demons? What a strange story and what a strange beliefs? I dont know a moneky like man's role in this story how he stood up and fought in the war of Ram. I believe all fictious.
