LOL, my husband once told me that he wasn't sure he was in love with me, that maybe he was just in love with my lips (he was kidding of course) and trying to make me feel beautiful which he is very good at ~ thanks for stopping by! :)
OMG You are such an inspiration!! About the weight loss, i suggest keeping the diet the same, but perhaps lowering your exercise time. Anyways I wish you the best of luck, and keep up the great work!! And also..... im kinda jealous you're going to Vegas! :) GOOD JOB!!
Thanks!! :D I love Vegas and I'm excited to get to meet the other Diaries girls!!! :) I started riding my bike this week because I injured my heel...and can't do my regular walking. I think building some thigh muscles might slow down my scale loss, we'll see! :) Thanks for the support! :)
how many weeks have you been doing weight watchers? in the very beginning you'll have big numbers come off but eventually it gets to the poiint where it squeaks off.
ww changed their way of figuring out points per day back in the beginning of 2008..if i remember correctly. the last version you actually had more points per day. it was just based off your current weight. now it factors in gender and activity. i'll dig through my ww stuff and see if i can find the last formula.
I think you're fine. If you keep losing after another few weeks or so than you might want to add a couple of points to your day. I'll message you the last formula they used to determine points per day.
Thank you hun :) I'm just going to keep doing what I do....it is what it is and as long as I know I'm doing what I'm suppose to I'm not going to stress over it.
I wouldn't want to eat more to not lose weight that is for sure. Your metabolism is working fine, believe me it will slow down. You won't be losing this fast much longer.
You're very right Marjie ~ I know it'll slow down at some point, probably soon! :) I am so afraid that if I try to slow it down somehow I'll get off track. I am doing everything right, I am sure of that and I feel fine so I'm just going to not worry about it anymore. :) thank you so much!!
Denise, don't change anything!!! Since we weigh more and have more fat, we will lose weight faster then those who have less to lose. Your body will catch up and as long as you are working out, you are keeping your muscle mass.
You know I was just thinking about this and those people on Biggest Loser can lose 5 - 7 lbs. in a week! Sometimes more ~ so I'm not going to worry about this...I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. I feel good, not sick or tired or anything, so I think I can relax a bit about it. Thank you!! :)
Cute clothes, I noticed they were both sleeveless LOL!

I added Weight Watchers to my plan 5 weeks ago now. I had a loss of 3.8 then 4.4 then 1.6 and 1.6 again then this last week of 4.
