since this plan makes you lose weight fast but maby slower than the previous week you need to make someone hide the scale and only allow them to use it on your monday. being a scale junkie is the reason i fell off the boat on my first attempt.

thats what i was thinking, maybe my body is plateau-ing a bit, im going to monitor the situation a little bit more closely this week and if i notice the same thing happening im going to switch my foods around and see if that helps any. lol! thats my husbands knife, trust me that scale almost got shanked! :P
its the worst isnt it? there are days where im convinced i have lost and then i get on the scale and nothing! but im trying to keep track of my measuremtns now so i dont get too mad at my scale.
i dont rely on it so much as its a tool i use to keep myself motivated, when i see those numbers going down it keeps pushing me harder to accomplish my goals.
I suggest you contact the scale abuse prevention hotline "1-800-GET THE HELL OFF ME". There is help available. It's clear that poor scale is in a dangerous environment. Hey, Sophie scared my Sable at the end.

Don't be discouraged 42lbs lost and 25 inches lost is so great!!! You could be at a little plateau.
