Horrible exegesis!!! Multi-site churches´ preachers think they are so good that nobody else can preach like they do. During the N.T. era each church had its own preaching elders, SOMETIMES they read the apostles´ letters, but to go from there to the affirmation that it was like nowadays multi-site churches is an ABSURD!!
They were not multi site churches with one pastor like this. They were they we're separate local churches each with their own elders and deacons. This is poor justification for multi site churches.
WHATTTT peter was teaching that ... i think that bad ecclesiology + bad hermeneutics + bad view of the church mission + pragmatism = multi-sites churches ...... i mean unbiblical
Interesting justification for multi-site churches. unfortunately not very Biblical. Paul and Peter's letters were sent to multiple churches. not one church in which Paul or Peter was a pastor in a geographical region. If anything the information he is refferring to justifies episcopalian polity (bishops) and not multi-site churches. He is reaching here.
Who cares about the suit, you should be concerned about whether his doctrine is correct. His interpretation is not correct in his reference to church 'franchising.'
I like the suit! You can still look contemporary in a suit! The shirts with designs were distracting.
I've sent bunches of folks to Mark's videos and his clothing spoke so loudly they could not hear his message. They labeled him "emergent" before he spoke.

@sdgcampinas
These men are self promoters. They want to make Apostles of themselves via Skype.

It is so awkward to see Mark in a suit, even if it is for effect. It's cool just kinda out of place.
