Excellent footage. I didn't know they had this boat at Portland. I was stationed there when it was a Naval Base, which it should still be. I really should go back for a look. Nice one, thanks for posting it.

Lifeboats would be fun in summertime but remember these guys are volunteers riskin their lives in some mental seas in jan feb etc, respect

These vessels have superb seakeeping ability. Look at "Pilot boarding on Interceptor 42 Pilot, April 2008 " Great vid.
