although from what i could understand, then the idea would be more in the way of making 'organ farms' ahead of time, so you wont have to replace organs that have already failed, but can swap them out the moment they start to show signs of trouble (a bit replacing a car part not when it blew up, but when it started showing signs of malfunction)

appart from your attrocious grammar, then to a certain extent - the answer to your question is yes.
although from what i could understand, then the idea would be more in the way of making 'organ farms' ahead of time, so you wont have to replace organs that have already failed, but can swap them out the moment they start to show signs of trouble (a bit replacing a car part not when it blew up, but when it started showing signs of malfunction)

You shouldn't point out somebody's grammar flaws if you make grammar mistakes while commenting about their own mistakes... Particularly in the same sentence in which you pointed it out, you spelt "apart" and "atrocious" wrong...

You can only sustain clinical death for so long, but yes, hypothetically, if someone was having gradual heart failure you could "create" a new heart for them.
