Um, the classic effects of Red K ('60's version, Silver Age) are that each chunk would only effect ANY Kryptonian ONCE (only), but that that specific chunk would always effect EVERY Kryptonian identically (but each only once).

This might've been changed in the last 15 - 20 years; I can't keep up without my store.
