Basketball for Beginners : Out of Bounds Rules in Basketball

Is it considered out if you step out, jump, catch, then toss a ball back in bounds before the ball itself goes out?

What if, lets say player from Team A throws in ball and it rejects back from the player from team B right back into hands of team A player who is still out of bounds?

Who has the ball Team A or Team B?

@WarnerRHCP711 No I never watched basketball game before.......Well, I actually played a game and we were discussing that, cause some think that ball goes to A team and others think that ball goes to B team and that's why I posted this question here, but anyway I got my question answered long time ago.Thank you for your ingenious answer though.

yer that would be a foul because you have made contact with the player
