i've found it best to use hardline as your 6th point streak since instead of unlocking the second 2nd perk (quickdraw) you just start with it, since hardline is only used for getting a killstreak early that you could just start with instead. and for getting hardline at 6, i feel it is better to get all perks at 7 then getting an extra perk for one kill (which would be 6-7th)
