  • over pronated

  • i'm think you are normal pronation

  • a few things. A. It seems as if he is holding on the the handle in front, this will pull his body weight forward causing him the land as forward on the foot as he is. Since this is more of a walk than a run, he should be generating more heel strike, which is not happening on either foot. B. If this is NOT the case, then this person has some hip (gluteal region) and thoracic issues which need to be addressed. C. If these two things are corrected, then we can get a better reading

  • you overpronate. i've been correcting y overpronation by focusing on how i walk, and doing exercises to strengthen my arch and ankle.

  • I am with the group on this one. Over Pronate

  • Pronating like a motherfucker with the left foot, sorry to say. Right one is a little better. You gotta ask your doctor for custom made soles. And shop for a shoe that helps your pronation. No real cure, just adaptation, that's the bitter tste.

  • its difficult to tell whether or not you naturally over pronate or supinate if you have shoes on especially shoes the correct pronation of supination.

  • you are an over pronator.

  • Looks like you have an over pronation. Some motion control shoes would save you from some injuries that im sure you would want to avoid if you dont have the right shoes.

  • ur pronating, pal
